We are located on the south side of the service road of I 635 between Hillcrest and Preston Road.  And just a half a mile east of the Galleria.  The office is on the service road, about .2 of a mile east of the intersection of 635 and Preston Road. 

From the intersection of Preston Road, traveling east on the service road, get in the right hand lane and watch for the Citadel Apartments. Turn right just past the Citadel Apartments before the white stone buildings.  Proceed to the back of the buildings down a long drive way to the red brick wall.  The office is located in the two story red brick building.  Warren J. Katz, MD and 6200 LBJ will appear out front.  We are on the ground floor in suite 110.
